Lookout Mountain Community Services is directed by Thomas W. Ford, Ph.D.  The Director's Office is located at 501 Mize St., LaFayette, GA  30728. 

Dr. Ford is responsible for administering all aspects of the agency's operations.  He is assisted by a team of professionals who serve on the Administrative and Clinical Management Teams.

LMCS is a member of the Georgia Association of Community Service Boards (GACSB) http://www.gacsb.org.  Dr. Ford is currently Chair of the GACSB CEO Section.
