William Perry Byars, C.P.A., is the Chief Financial Officer for LMCS.  He has been employed with LMCS since March 1997 and has been the CFO throughout his tenure with LMCS.  In addition to supervising the accounting and purchasing functions for the organization he is the administrative supervisor of the Management Information Services department.  Also, Mr. Byars serves as an ex-officio member of the Lookout Mountain Community Services Board of Directors and reports the financial status of the organization to the Board on a regular basis.  He reports daily to the Chief Executive Officer.

 Mr. Byars has been a resident of Georgia since 1971, and is a graduate of Knoxville East High School in Knoxville, TN. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his Master of Business Degree from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.  He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1971.  Prior to his employment with LMCS, Mr. Byars has been employed in national auditing firms and has served as Controller, Treasurer, and Vice-President of Finance in commercial companies since his graduation in 1969.
