Executive Director's Office
Lookout Mountain Community Services is directed by Thomas W. Ford, Ph.D. The Director's Office is located at 501 Mize St., LaFayette, GA 30728.
Dr. Ford is responsible for administering all aspects of the agency's operations. He is assisted by an experienced team of professionals who serve on the Administrative and Clinical Management Teams. Together, they represent the Leadership Team of the agency.
