Information Technology (Formerly MIS)The Lookout Mountain CSB Information Technology Group develops, implements, and maintains the agency's technological infrastructure. Housed in multiple data centers, the internal network and server infrastructure allows employees access to the financial, clinical, and communications systems used by the agency to efficiently provide services. The IT Group handles all aspects of LMCS technology, including office telecommunications, mobile communications, networking, servers, desktops, and peripherals. The agency utilizes a complex WAN topology in an effort to ensure maximum uptime for agency employees. In addition, LMCS incorporates advanced technologies including VOIP (voice over ip), MPLS, and metro ethernet services with a goal of providing employees with the tools needed to competently perform job tasks. |
