Thank you for taking the time to complete the yearly Client Satisfaction Surveys. Client satisfaction surveys gather positive and negative perceptions that help the agency improve processes and improve the client experience.

Each year, Lookout Mountain Community Services asks all clients to complete a survey to give the agency feedback on their experiences.
