Our clinics are open, we have begun phase one of returning to normal business operations. At this time we do still offer some services via telephone and video but are encouraging those who can to come in for their appointment. Please note that our agency is following the CDC guidelines and are requiring facial coverings for individuals who come into our buildings. This is to protect the individuals we serve as well as the staff. Thank you for helping everyone stay safe and healthy during this time.

Governor Kemp Extends Public Health Emergency Order

Please note that Governor Kemp has extended the public health emergency order until MAY 13, 2020. Thus, we will continue to operate with the revised plan of operations using telehealth at least until that time. Programs that have been closed will remain closed also.

    • The State of Georgia has a new COVID-19 hotline for members of the general public (line is not for healthcare providers). If you believe that you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to the novel coronavirus, please contact your primary care doctor, an urgent care clinic, or your local federally qualified healthcare center. Please do not show up unannounced at an emergency room or health care facility.”
  • Helpful information from the Centers for Disease Control:
  • This morning, Georgia launched a special COVID-19 Emotional Support Line to provide additional assistance to Georgia residents. Information about the line, along with other supports available is listed on the flyer below.

Help us keep staff and community healthy

If you or any household member have the following symptoms:
* Fever (greater than 100.4F) for more than 5 days
* Respiratory Distress, including barking cough, difficulty breathing, or cough that interferes with sleep or activity
* Dehydration
* Sore throat in the absence of cold symptoms

Please call to reschedule your appointment. We can extend medication prescriptions if refills are needed.
