Director of Nursing

Are you a passionate, mission-driven nursing professional ready to lead with compassion and excellence? Bridge Health is seeking a dynamic Nursing Leader to guide our dedicated nursing team in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to individuals with Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

What You will Do:

  • Lead and inspire nursing staff across agency clinics, CLA facilities, and community-based programs.

  • Ensure the highest quality of nursing care and compliance with all State and Federal regulations.

  • Promote wellness, recovery, and advocacy in every aspect of service delivery.

  • Oversee nurse delegation, training programs, and healthcare supports provided by unlicensed staff.

  • Hire, mentor, and develop nursing staff, ensuring effective scheduling and strong team performance.

  • Provide leadership and resources to empower both licensed and unlicensed direct care staff.

Qualifications:

To be considered, applicants must meet one of the following:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Public Health, or a directly related field from an accredited college/university AND two (2) years in an administrative or supervisory capacity AND current Georgia RN license,
    OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college/university AND five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including two (2) years in an administrative or supervisory role AND current Georgia RN license,
    OR

  • Eight (8) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including two (2) years in an environment related to this area of assignment and four (4) years as a supervisor AND current Georgia RN license.

Community Support Team Lead

We are currently seeking a Community Support Team Lead (CST Team Lead) that will supervise a full time Case Manager, Peer Specialist, and will share supervision of a part time RN. The CST Team Lead will provide counseling services to individuals served by the CST and will ensure compliance with all Bridge Health and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) policies and regulations while fulfilling their role as Team Lead. This is a full-time position. Flexibility of schedule is nice to have, primary work schedule will be Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00.

Registered Nurse

Bridge Health is seeking an RN to join our Behavioral Health Team. This individual   will provide professional care of individuals affected by mental health disorders using the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. RN will also develop treatment plans, safety plans, complete Behavioral Health Assessments, Nursing Assessments, plan for and/or carry out preventative and healthcare maintenance activities, educate individuals, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses and medications.  RN will monitor care, revise healthcare plans/treatment plans as needed, thoroughly document care in ECR.  RN may be responsible for direct supervision of LPN. This will be a full-time position with primary work hours being Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but flexibility of schedule is preferred. Position will be eligible for Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Accruals, and other benefits!

Customer Services Representative

Bridge Health is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Fort Oglethorpe Outpatient Clinic. This individual will be responsible for the preparation of admission and discharge documentation and utilize reports to ensure documentation is accurate. Registers and processes referrals for new individuals and enters them into the electronic client record (ECR), completes the check in and check out procedure. Completes verification of insurance through online portal for individuals within the program.  Good communication skills and good customer service skills are necessary to work with internal and external team members. Ability to provide customer service in fast paced environment and multi-task is a must. This is a full-time position primary work schedule will be Monday-Friday.

Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR)

Bridge Health has begun recruiting for our Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) home! This home will offer an environment where those who are transitioning from an inpatient environment back to a community setting can learn new skills and have a supportive transition to independent living. The CRR Home will operate 24/7/365 and will house no more than 4 individuals at a time with the goal of transitioning to independent living.

We are hiring for full-time and part-time direct care staff. We will have first, second, and third shifts available Monday–Friday and 12 hour weekend shifts are also available.

 

Case Manager

Bridge Health is looking to hire a Case Manager for our Adult Case Management program. This individual will provide education and support to individuals utilizing community-based resources. The Case Manager will assist in developing goals that address various needs, including mental health, medical issues, substance abuse, social and leisure activities, education, employment, as well as family dynamics and daily living skills for adults. Additionally, the Case Manager will help with housing and entitlement benefit needs. The primary work schedule is Monday to Friday, although some evenings and weekends may be required.

Certified Peer Specialist – YOUTH

Bridge Health seeks an individual to join our Step Up Program as a Certified Peer Specialist (Youth). This position will provide support, advocacy, and linkage to youth and their families. Assists families in interfacing with community providers as part of a collaborative approach to service and/or treatment delivery. This is a full-time position and travel is required/an integral part of the job duties. Flexibility is a must. The ability to work remotely and be self-disciplined is also a must. Face to Face contact with
youth is expected one per week. Primary work days are Monday through Friday, daytime/possibly early evening hours.

Clinical/Mental Health Counselors

Currently recruiting for Clinical/Mental Health Counselors

Bridge Health seeks qualified clinical/mental health professionals to work in our community outpatient sites.  Applicants should have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment working with individuals who are in need of mental health and/or substance abuse services.

Under general supervision, provides therapeutic services to adults, children/adolescents, and their families. Services include behavioral health assessments, crisis assessments, individual counseling, family and group counseling, or skills training. This could be in the area of Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health. Maintains clinical records in compliance with all applicable policies and standards.

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is the primary work schedule. However, we have telework, contract, and part-time positions available in Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, and Walker County. The work schedule is flexible!

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in our IDD Program (Contract Positions)

Bridge Health is recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in our IDD Program. These are contracted positions that are primarily based in Chattooga and Walker Counties. Individuals will be responsible for completing Nursing Assessments, and nursing services, and facilitating communication between individuals served, providers, staff, and outside stakeholders such as pharmacies. Certified Peer Support - Parent (Step Up Initiative)

Bridge Health’s Child and Adolescent program is growing!

Bridge Health is recruiting for a Certified Peer Support-Parent (CPS-P):  This position covers the counties of Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Walker, and Whitfield in Georgia as part of the Step Up program. The Step Up goal is to connect youth and families to services and support and will operate under the System of Care (SOC) umbrella.
