Certified Addition Counselor, Level II (CACII)

Bridge Health is recruiting for a Certified Addition Counselor, Level II (CACII): This individual will facilitate IOP groups and provide Substance Abuse Counseling in our Fort Oglethorpe Outpatient Clinic. The individual selected will help support the clinical team which may include, crisis intervention, caseload management, and general information sharing with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the services provided adhere to DBHDD and Bridge Health policies and guidelines. This position will include assessments and counseling duties as well. The primary work schedule is Monday through Friday. This is a full-time position.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in our IDD Program (Contract Positions)

Bridge Health is recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in our IDD Program. These are contracted positions that are primarily based in Chattooga and Walker Counties. Individuals will be responsible for completing Nursing Assessments, and nursing services, and facilitating communication between individuals served, providers, staff, and outside stakeholders such as pharmacies. Outpatient Clinic LPN

Bridge Health is now recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Summerville Outpatient Clinic. We are seeking an individual to join our Outpatient Clinic Nursing Team as an LPN. Individuals will be responsible for completing Nursing Assessments, clinic nursing services, and facilitating communication between individuals served, providers, staff, and outside stakeholders such as pharmacies. The primary work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Registered Nurse (RN) IDD Program

Bridge Health is now recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our IDD Program: The RN selected will be responsible for providing oversight in residential homes where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities reside. RN will provide training to residential providers and other staff within the IDD program.

Adult Community Based Services Lead Clinician

Bridge Health is now recruiting for an Adult Community Based Services Lead Clinician:  This manager provides supervision to Peer Supports, Supported Employment, Adult Community Based, and Housing programs at our Recovery Services site. This manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to both agency and outside regulations, policies, and procedures. Leads staff meetings and provides staff oversight during crises. Oversees the planning, development, scheduling, and implementation of healthcare programs and activities. Participates in state and agency training as needed/required. Must have strong written and oral skills, possess management skills, and have a good knowledge of computer systems, program budgets, and be able to work a flexible schedule. The primary work schedule is 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional evening hours.

Licensed Team Lead Clinician for the Community Support Team (CST)

Bridge Health is now recruiting for a Licensed Team Lead Clinician for the Community Support Team (CST): The Team Lead individual will supervise a full-time Case Manager, and Peer Specialist, and will share the supervision of a part-time RN. The CST Team Lead will provide counseling services to individuals served by the CST and will ensure compliance with all Bridge Health and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) policies and regulations while fulfilling their role as Team Lead. This is a full-time position. The primary work schedule will be Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00.

Registered Nurse for the Community Support Team (CST)

Bridge Health is now recruiting for a Registered Nurse for the Community Support Team (CST):  The RN should be fully licensed, and in good standing in the State of Georgia (Compact Licensure is recognized).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals who have severe and persistent (SPMI) mental illness and in the areas of Behavioral Health or Home Healthcare.

Project Light Initiative

Project Light is a program offered by Bridge Health to assist individuals aged 16 to 30 who are experiencing symptoms of psychosis (hearing voices, seeing things, delusions, odd speech or behavior, etc.) for the first time or within the past two years. It is among the agency’s most intensive services, providing frequent contact with a small caseload of individuals to help them understand their diagnosis, provide counseling, case management, and skills training, peer support, education and employment assistance, and medication therapy in order to help them overcome these newfound symptoms and learn to thrive. These services are provided not only in the clinic but in the individuals’ homes and the community.  When fully staffed the team consists of a prescriber, a licensed clinician, a bachelor-level paraprofessional, a Certified Peer Specialist, a family specialist, an education/employment specialist, and a part-time Registered Nurse.  To be eligible for these services with Bridge Health, an individual must be between 16 and 30 years old, have experienced symptoms of psychosis within the past two years, and live within Bridge Health’s service area.

Clinical/Mental Health Counselors

Currently recruiting for Clinical/Mental Health Counselors

Bridge Health seeks qualified clinical/mental health professionals to work in our community outpatient sites.  Applicants should have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment working with individuals who are in need of mental health and/or substance abuse services.

Under general supervision, provides therapeutic services to adults, children/adolescents, and their families. Services include behavioral health assessments, crisis assessments, individual counseling, family and group counseling, or skills training. This could be in the area of Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health. Maintains clinical records in compliance with all applicable policies and standards.

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is the primary work schedule. However, we have telework, contract, and part-time positions available in Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, and Walker County. The work schedule is flexible!

Board Eligible/Certified Psychiatrist

Currently recruiting for a Board Eligible/Certified Psychiatrist: This position is full-time working in the outpatient clinic. This is M-F, no weekends, no on-call. Primary location will be in Fort Oglethorpe. Visa Sponsorship is available. Click here for more information
